- Brief Meeting Information: For families who schedule a Brief Meeting, basic intake information including child's name, age, and the topic they wish to discuss is collected through Acuity Scheduling.
- Technical Data & Cookies: Limited website usage data automatically collected by Squarespace (such as IP address and browser information) and cookies used solely for website performance and analytics.
2. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Any information provided regarding a minor is collected solely from the child's parent or legal guardian for the purpose of educational consultation.

- Video Materials: Submitted videos are reviewed solely for consultation, analysis, and developmental interpretation purposes and are stored securely via Dropbox, accessible only to Dr. Eunjoo Jung.
- Retention: Submitted videos and consultation materials may be retained to allow for future developmental comparison and longitudinal reference unless a written deletion request is received. Retention serves the purpose of tracking behavioral patterns and progress over time.
- School-Based Footage: To protect the privacy of others, only videos recorded in private home settings are accepted. School-based footage cannot be accepted or reviewed.
- In-Home Observation Recordings: In-Home Observation sessions are recorded for analysis purposes with your consent, confirmed at the time of booking.
You may request deletion of submitted videos or consultation materials at any time by contacting BrightEugene. Deletion requests will be honored within a reasonable administrative period.
5. Confidentiality and Legal Limits
BrightEugene treats personal information with professional discretion. However, BrightEugene is an educational consulting service and not a licensed healthcare or therapeutic provider. Therefore consultations are not protected by therapist-client privilege.
BrightEugene complies with all applicable Washington State laws. We reserve the right to disclose information if required by law, court order, or where there is a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm or comply with legal obligations (such as mandated reporting).
