Policies & Terms
- Cancellation & Refunds: All sessions require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place, once videos have been uploaded and analysis has begun (Video Analysis), or once an observation has taken place (In-Home Observation).
- 3-Session Packages: Valid for 12 months from purchase. Designed for families seeking continued developmental observation and refinement over time.
- Add-On Services: Video Analysis and In-Home Observation add-ons are available exclusively for families who have purchased or are currently purchasing a Consultation. Contact Dr. Jung to request.
- Payment: In-Home Observation and Seminar fees are arranged after inquiry confirmation. All other services are purchased directly via the Book button.
